Norwood Park Historical Society

Plan your next meeting, party, wedding, or event at the Noble-Seymour-Crippen house. The house is available at any time (except for the north side of house, noon to 4 p.m. Saturdays) for a variety of different size groups.

With your rental, the Society can furnish:

Folding chairs (80 indoor use only) - please check for protective feet.
Banquet tables (eight 8-foot and six 6-foot, and ten 48-inch rounds for indoor use only).
White linen tablecloths are available for all size tables. There is an extra fee of $5 per tablecloth for their use.
Kitchen facilities - stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffee pots.
High-speed WiFi connection.
Laptop and projector for presentations and meetings..

2010 prices (effective Aug. 1, 2009):

Small party: $375. Maximum occupancy - 60 people.
Large party: $500. Maximum occupancy - 100 people.
Second floor option: $100 - for extra prep space, plus an extra bathroom.
Front porch: $65.
Rear yard: $75.
Outdoor equipment: $25.
10x10-foot canopy: $25 (multiple canopies available).
Electricity for outdoor inflatables: $25.
